On 18-21 April 2016, the Curia’s delegation paid official visits to Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem. As part of its prescheduled programme, the Hungarian delegation led by Mr. Péter Darák, President of the Curia met Ms. Miriam Naor, President of the Israeli Supreme Court, Ms. Ayelet Shaked, Justice Minister of the State of Israel and Mr. Eyal Inon, the Knesset’s legal advisor.
During its visit to Israel, the Curia’s delegation was given the opportunity to engage in discussions with some prominent representatives of the Israeli political and legal scenery in particular on the topics of protecting against terrorism and ensuring human rights.
