An international conference entitled “Administrative Dispute in the Central and Eastern European States” was held on 3-4 June 2019 in Opatija, Croatia. The event was co-organised by the High Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia, the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka, the Hanns Seidel Stiftung, the Federal Administrative Court of Germany and the Jean Monnet Inter-University Centre of Excellence in Opatija.

The conference, gathering a number of illustrious German, Austrian, Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Slovenian and Croatian experts, was also attended by the President of the Curia of Hungary. Dr. Péter Darák delivered a lecture on the Hungarian system of administrative justice.
