Official visit of the delegation of the Federal Court of Justice of Germany to Budapest

At the invitation of the President of the Curia, the delegation of the Federal Court of Justice of Germany paid an official visit to Budapest on 25-27 September 2016. The delegation was led by Ms. Bettina Limperg, President of the Federal Court of Justice.

The delegation held discussions with the court leaders of the Curia and attended a two-day seminar with the participation of some of the judges of the German supreme judicial forum and of the Curia of Hungary. The seminar was focused on the procedure of judicial review.
