Dr. Péter Darák has attended the 6th annual EELF conference on „Environmental loss and damage: attribution, liability, compensation and restoration”

On 12-14 September 2018 dr. Péter Darák, President of the Curia of Hungary, participated in the 6^th annual conference of the European Environmental Law Forum held in Como, Italy.

The conference dealt with issues related to environmental loss and damage, including private and corporate environmental liability, international liability and compensation for transboundary environmental damage, the role of criminal liability, and climate change liability.
