- In the absence of a referring provision to that effect, the provisions of Act No. CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure ensuring the right to remedy are not applicable to a procedural provision specified in a separate Act.
- Pursuant to section 3:36(4) of Act No. V of 2013 on the Civil Code, no appeal is possible against an order rejecting a request for the suspension of the enforcement of a decision taken by a legal person.
