On 22 October 2024, Prof. Dr. András Zs. Varga, President of the Curia of Hungary, received, in his offices, a delegation headed by Dr. Marcela Kosová, President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic. The Slovak visitors were accompanied by the leadership of the Hungarian Judicial Council.
The high-level bilateral meeting, held at the Curia’s Mailáth Hall, aimed to strengthen Hungarian-Slovak cooperation, share best practices, and discuss a range of topics relevant to the operational effectiveness of their respective judicial systems. Furthermore, President Varga expounded the operations of the Curia and the special role he plays in the work of the Hungarian Judicial Council.
